At BlueOrganics, we stand behind the quality of our products and your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase of BlueOrganics Methylene Blue, please review our refund and return terms below.


30-Day Product Quality Guarantee

We offer a 30-day product quality guarantee from the date of delivery. If your Methylene Blue arrives damaged, defective, or shows signs of quality issues, please contact our support team within 30 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund, subject to the conditions below.


Returns & Refunds Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Returns are not accepted for used or opened items due to health and safety protocols.

All return requests must be approved by our team before being shipped back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Shipping & Processing Fees

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • A shipping and processing fee of $5–$12 may be deducted from your refund depending on your location and original shipping method.

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect item, please email support@blueorganics.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
